**Job Title: Materials Lead**
**Job Description**
The Materials Lead plays a key role in a multi-line manufacturing facility by organizing, maintaining, and moving materials and inventory to ensure uninterrupted production. Working on 1st shift, this role oversees material flow from warehouse and storage locations to designated production lines, applying 5S methodologies to keep the warehouse and production areas efficient, safe, and well-organized.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain and organize materials and inventory for a multi-line production facility using 5S methodologies to support efficient operations.
+ Move products from warehouse and storage locations to assigned production lines to ensure all lines run without disruptions.
+ Read, understand, and anticipate each production line’s schedule to coordinate with the materials team on product demand and timing to reduce downtime.
