We're recruiting for a Planning & Materials Manager to join a successful manufacturing business, leading the Planning and Materials teams to deliver an effective S&OP process, optimise inventory and ensure excellent customer service.

The Role

Lead and develop the Planning and Materials teams.
Drive the S&OP process, balancing demand, capacity and material availability.
Deliver robust production plans and improve supply chain performance.
Manage supplier performance and material flow.
Improve KPIs including OTIF, inventory, stock turns and waste reduction.
Work closely with Operations, Procurement and Commercial teams to drive continuous improvement.The successful Materials & Planning Manager
