Job Summary
This role is the strategic anchor for material procurement and supply chain execution with Cognex-approved Contract Manufacturers. You’ll lead the charge in aligning forecasts, managing supplier performance, and driving operational excellence across the board.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless material flow, accurate forecasting, and supplier accountability:
Issue monthly CM forecasts, including EOL and NINA products, and ensure timely executionManage material scheduling and requirements with Contract ManufacturersDrive execution of all material expedites with CM partnersMaintain supplier commit accuracy within SAPProvide customer-aligned supply schedules and consistently meet delivery commitmentsParticipate in Quarterly Business Reviews to assess Quality, Delivery, and Cost performanceReport quarterly on excess and obsolete inventory at CM ...
