We are seeking an experienced and dynamic nursing leader to join our Specialist Cancer Services team as Matron for the Day Case Unit and Network Services. 

This is an exciting opportunity to provide visible leadership across a diverse portfolio of services, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care whilst supporting the continued development of innovative models of cancer care across our network. 

As Matron, you will play a key role in leading a high-performing Day Case Unit, supporting the delivery of systemic anti-cancer treatments and specialist therapies, whilst working collaboratively with colleagues and partners to improve access to care and enhance patient experience across the wider cancer pathway.
