We are seeking a Senior Maximo / TRIRIGA Solution Architect with a specialized focus on Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (MREF) / IBM TRIRIGA to serve as the primary technical and functional authority for a major municipal modernization program. In this role, you will architect, guide, and validate the transition of legacy systems (such as SAP RE/PM) into a unified, modern Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) environment.

You will lead fit/gap analyses, design end-to-end integration boundaries, and establish core configurations across real estate portfolios, spaces, leases, and facility assets. The ideal candidate pairs elite hands-on configuration mastery with the strategic vision required to harmonize TRIRIGA architectures with Maximo Manage and enterprise SAP BTP platforms.
