Responsibilities
Serve as the go‑to support for flight crews, coordinating maintenance across our network.
Respond to AOG situations – isolate faults, manage parts requests, and get aircraft back in the sky.
Follow up on deferred defects and ensure they’re fixed quickly to maintain performance.
Track fleet technical status and clearly communicate any operational limitations.
