Triages and ensures timely processing of MDM requests and incidents.
Set‑up and update Vendor master records in Syndigo and Oracle eBS, based on the information received from the Intake Form.
Corrects defects and data quality issues.
Validates that vendor specifications are complete and uploaded into all relevant systems.
