About Our Group Multi Disk Writer (MDW) Equipment group is responsible for the installation, maintenance, calibration and continuous improvement of more than 5K MDW equipment in production. MDW Equipment group is working with cross functional teams to ensure equipment reliability, optimized equipment usage, compliance with safety and regulatory standards and performance. The team also initiates root cause analysis, formulates corrective and preventive actions for equipment related issues both at the factory and at drive site. The MDW Equipment team's goal is to meet or exceed target efficiency for all the MDW equipment to support planned production capacity while maintaining the product quality.
