An established and highly respected Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Consultancy is seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Clerk of Works to support the delivery of multiple large-scalemercial construction projects. This is a part-time contract position (3 days per week) with regular travel to Scotland and the South of Ireland. With several major developments entering the construction phase, this role offers long-term continuity and the opportunity to work across high‑value,plex projects.

As the M&E Clerk of Works, you will provide on‑site quality assurance, technical oversight andpliance monitoring across mechanical and electrical installations.
