Position Overview

            Qualifications Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in M&E. 
M&E Certificate preferred. 
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant site experience in residential and commercial projects. 
Responsibilities In charge of all M&E matters e.g., sanitary and plumbing, ACMV, electrical, security and lift. 
Liaise with both nominated and domestic contractors and consultants on mechanical and electrical work and produce progress reports. 
Site inspections to ensure M&E works are in accordance with requirements. 
Coordinate all M&E works, including monitoring of work progress. 
Read and review M&E drawings.
