Position Overview

            Roles & Responsibilities · Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in M&E. 
· M & E Cert preferred 
· Min 2-4 years of relevant site experience in MRT project. 
Responsibilities:  
· In charge of all M&E matters e.g. sanitary and plumbing, ACMV, electrical, security and lift 
· Liaise with both nominated and domestic contractors and consultants on mechanical and electrical work and produce progress report 
· Site inspections to ensure M&E works are in accordance to requirements 
· Coordinate all M & E works, including monitoring of work progress 
· Read and review M&E drawings
