Corebuild Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer (M&E Project Engineer) to support the planning, coordination and execution of renovation, fit-out and building services projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing mechanical and electrical (M&E) works, coordinating project activities, and ensuring successful project delivery in accordance with project requirements, quality standards and safety regulations.

• Plan and coordinate M&E works for renovation and fit-out projects.
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities.
• Supervise site activities and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate electrical, ACMV, plumbing, sanitary and CCTV infrastructure works.
• Prepare project documentation, technical submissions and progress reports.
