Responsible for managing a team of M&E Coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works
Attend project meetings and establish business relationship with the clients, consultants and contractors
Coordinate closely with the project team members on construction activities, including site logistic, building management, and submissions to relevant authorities
Liaise with the M&E sub Contractors on co-ordination and installation, testing and commissioning
Monitor site progress, ensure compliance with specifications, and maintain quality standards
Support project documentation, including shop drawings, method statements, and as-built drawings
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (recognized by Singapore PE Board)
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction industry
Proficient in BIM and AutoCAD
