Position Overview

            Scope of Work - MEP Technical Engineer  1. Tender Documentation Review  Study and interpret tender drawings, specifications, and conditions of contract. 
Identify discrepancies, missing information, and technical risks in tender documents. 
Prepare technical queries (TQ) for consultants/clients during tender stage. 
 2. Quantity Take-Off & Cost Support  Carry out specification/ contract breakdown cost check for MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.). 
Support the tender/estimation team in preparing cost estimates, BOQ breakdowns, and pricing (If required) 
Review subcontractor/vendor quotations for technical compliance. 
 3. Technical Submissions & Proposals  Assist in preparing tender technical submissions, method statements, and compliance matrices.
