- Salary: SGD3,000 to SGD 4,000
- Working days: 5days' work week, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities - To provide 1stlevel technical support for all types of in-house repair work and manage facility maintenance of warehouses, offices, and buildings
- To liaise with subcontractors on all repair and maintenance works
- To ensure strong support and prompt response were given to works raised by stakeholders
- To perform troubleshooting for all M&E issues for all the warehouses, offices and buildings
- To perform building A&A works and provide technical advice and training to subcontractors, if necessary
