Job Title M&E Project Engineer - Expression of Interest
About the Role - Provide engineering support for ACMV preventive maintenance and repair/replacement works.
- Supervise site works and coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to contract specifications and schedules.
- Prepare reports, T&C records, as-built drawings, OMM, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Ensure safety compliance (RA, PTW), inspect workmanship, and promptly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
About You - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/HVAC or related field, with at least 10 years of experience in ACMV installation or projects.
