Our client provides a range of mechanical and electrical engineering services that include, heating, water services, gas, ventilation and waste service installations and maintenance.

Due to an increase in works, they are seeking to appoint a mechanical quantity surveyor to join the commerical team based in Dublin

Prepare cost estimate for all project phases, preparing tender documents, contracts, drawings, BoQ, specifications, budgets and maintain accurate records

Performs material take offs prior to the purchase requisitions for the projects and reports any irregularities or discrepancies to the project management
