Manage Supervision Team including planning roster shift duties based on Contractor’s work schedules and oversee leave arrangements.
Provide supervision services for all M&E works to ensure that contractors comply with contract/authorities'/agencies' requirements.
Work with the QP(D) / QP(S) to resolve all design and technical issues arising from the construction of Temporary Works and Permanent Works.
Review and comment on Contractors’ proposals, method statements and designs.
Lead the REs and RTOs to check all drawings (including shop drawings, construction drawings) and specifications for discrepancies and to report to the QP(S), Contractors or the OIC.
Overview of the quality system implementation, materials approval and compliance testing procedures
Monitor project progress, coordinate with scheduler and propose measures to ensure timely completion.
