Responsibilities

-Supervise, coordinate and check quality of M&E works (Security system -door access, alarm, cctv), ELV, PA, Structured cabling (fibre and network cabling, server rack system, network system) on site

-Manage, monitor and lead work of subcontractors and in-house workers

-Ensure all installations and implementation works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications

-Ensure all defects reported are rectified with quality

-To keep site records (daily progress reports, photos, survey reports)

- Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced(With relevant certificate)

-Reduce/minimise wastage of materials/equipment.

-Ensure the proper handover process of the project to the customer upon project completion
