Axis Communications FZE is seeking a Regional Director for the Middle East & Africa based in Dubai, with extensive travel. You will lead a multi‑functional team across regional offices and drive growth in a €100M+ business with more than 70 employees.

You will shape strategy, oversee Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations and HR, and report to the VP of EMEA. Fluency in English and a proven leadership track in international sales are essential.
