The key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Operate and assist with the running of the processing plant lines (sausages, emulsions, ham & bacon) including fillers, injectors, smokers and related equipment.
Work on production systems to meet output, yield and quality targets.
Understand and apply meatâcutting, part selection and basic butchery processing (e.g., distinguishing between cuts such as leg of pork vs oxtail).
Support maintenance and cleaning of equipment and line as per operational schedules.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP and GMP standards in the production area.
Collaborate with the quality assurance / control team to maintain product standards and traceability.
Be willing to learn, adapt and grow in a manufacturing environment; participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
