Matric/ND Prod Mngt/Food Tech; Complit. 5-10 yrs exp value-added meat processing/housekeeping/cold chain/ product specs/hygiene/HMS/HACCP/staff supervision/maintenance/IT application/regulations & client guidelines/ relations. Self-development/knowledge enhancement i.r.o. this position. Must decide on all operational aspects/develop new systems/CI with GM & Director based on vision/strategy/capex limitations/do horizontal/vertical communication re. all responsibilities/report to G.M.& Director. Manage/organise staff/ production/hygiene/ maintenance/waste. Control/measure all systems/know all Acts/ customer guidelines/ company requirements/implementation/ manage/train staff/ensure efficient workflow/knowledge.
