Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery
• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs to minimize equipment downtime
• Inspect machines and identify worn or damaged parts for replacement
• Dismantle, repair, assemble and overhaul mechanical components
• Install, align and commission mechanical equipment
• Maintain pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, conveyors, valves and other rotating equipment
• Lubricate machinery and ensure proper maintenance schedules are followed
• Replace bearings, seals, belts, chains, couplings and other mechanical components
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals and maintenance procedures

Qualifications
