**Job Description Summary**: This position is for Sub-Section Manager for Mechanical Analysis focusing on Configurations and Turbomachinery hardware in the EMS section at GEIQ.
In this role you will be responsible for leading around 45 engineers and responsible for program execution, resource management, business connectivity, and nurturing the technical and professional growth of the team.
You will utilize your technical and leadership skills to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and impact short-term and long-term business goals.
