Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan the Mechanical, Electrical and Information Technology Scopes of work of a construction project and prepare a construction schedule in conjunction with the Project Superintendent
• Prepare regular, timely and accurate billings for the mechanical and electrical components of the job to ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings
• Monitor in conjunction with the Superintendent, a project’s material and labour costs for Mechanical and Electrical components and assure accurate quality reporting is being conducted
• Review Mechanical and Electrical changes received from the Consultants to ensure they are complete and up to standards and review subcontractor prices on these changes
• Provide expert advice and proactively report on delivery and performance, utilizing available tools and information while maintaining detailed, accurate and up to date records of site...
