Innova Solutions has a client who is immediately hiring for a Mechanical Assembler / Operator

Position type: Full Time, Contract

Duration: 12+ months (Possible temp to perm)

Location: 2501 West University, McKinney, Texas, United States

Shifts, Hours, and Pay

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM; Pay Rate: $24.50/hour

Training: Classroom training on 1st shift (8:00 AM). On-the-job training during daytime hours before transitioning to the assigned shift (timeline TBD)

Mechanical Assemblers will support wafer fabrication and thick film manufacturing by performing manual assembly, operating ovens, and using microscopes to inspect microelectronic components.



As a Mechanical Assembler / Operator, you will:

Perform manual assembly and soldering

Operate ovens and semi-automated equipment
