We are seeking a skilled Mechanical BIM Modeller with experience in UAE MEP projects to develop coordinate and manage 3D mechanical models using BIM software. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in high‑rise, commercial, residential, hospitality and mixed‑use building projects with strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D Mechanical BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems using Revit MEP.
• Prepare coordinated BIM models in accordance with project specifications, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and LOD requirements.
• Create HVAC ducting, chilled water piping, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection models.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and ELV disciplines to ensure clash‑free models.
