We’re working with a growing green energy consultancy that helps major landlords and asset managers cut emissions and upgrade their buildings—from audits through to detailed design. They’re now looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer (Building Services) to support projects at the intersection of building services and climate action.

Responsibilities

• Carry out building surveys, energy audits & HVAC assessments
• Develop mechanical-led MEP upgrade strategies
• Use IESVE and AutoCAD to model and design low-carbon systems
• Support delivery of EPCs, ESOS reports, and decarbonisation roadmaps
• Collaborate with clients, PMs & engineers across full project lifecycle
