As a result, we are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer .

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Design of concepts of IC packages, IC sockets and fiber optic connectors.
• Design and model of opto-mechanical measurement setups.
• Thermal analysis of IC circuits and PCB boards.
• Mechanical analysis and tolerance analysis of IC's, connectors, etc. <...
