Overview

We are looking for a permanent Mechanical Design Engineer for demanding defense industry client projects. The role combines technical leadership, design oversight, and collaboration across customers, project management, and design teams. The workplace is at Rejlers' Hämeenlinna or Tampere offices with a hybrid model that includes office, remote work, and client-site collaboration. The final role will be tailored to your skills and experience with opportunities to grow in mechanical design, requirements management, project structuring, and customer collaboration. Proficiency in Finnish and good English are required. A security clearance will be conducted for the selected candidate.
