You will report to the CTO. You will be responsible for leading a team to develop a front-end design into a fully defined electrolyser. This will involve producing bill of materials and assembly drawings to enable volume manufacture. This will involve managing the mechanical design team and coordinating with other disciplines. This will need excellent communication skills as well as technical knowledge. You should be skilled at organising teams, resource planning and scheduling and implementing document management systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading Team of Mechanical Design Engineers to realize finalized mechanical design of Electrolyser in 3D CAD (SolidWorks)
• Delivering Mechanical Design Project Documentation Package including Parts Specification, Bill of Materials and Manufacturing/Assembly Drawings for Electrolyser
• Resource Planning, Estimating Schedules for Mechanical Design Projects
• Administering PLM System
