Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric).
Relevant Mechanical Draughting, Mechanical Design, or equivalent technical qualification.
5–10 years' mechanical draughting experience within a manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, or workshop environment.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Inventor .
Proven ability to create and maintain accurate 2D drawings and 3D models.
Solid understanding of manufacturing methods , mechanical engineering principles, fabrication processes, tolerances and material specifications.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and sketches.
Experience producing manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, general arrangement drawings and bills of materials.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to prioritise work, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
