Position Overview

            Responsibilities   Ensure M&E works comply with contract specifications, drawings, and regulatory requirements to maintain quality and safety standards 
Source, liaise, and coordinate with M&E subcontractors to align work scopes and schedules for seamless execution 
Prepare and submit documentation to government authorities to secure necessary approvals and permits 
Communicate progress and resolve issues with clients and consultants to maintain transparency and project alignment 
Assist in developing detailed M&E programs and submission schedules to support project planning and timely delivery 
Develop Coordinated Services drawings to integrate M&E systems effectively within project designs 
Coordinate with other trades to facilitate smooth workflow and prevent project delays 
Supervise on-site work progress to ensure adherence to plans and resolve any deviations promptly
