Position Overview

            Job Description

Design and develop mechanical systems, including ACMV, plumbing, and building infrastructure, from concept through construction administration
Perform detailed engineering calculations, system modeling, and performance analysis to optimize efficiency, energy consumption, and lifecycle value
Create comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and reports that meet applicable codes, standards, and client requirements
Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and specialty discipline teams to ensure integrated, constructible solutions
Conduct site investigations and assessments to evaluate existing systems and inform design decisions
Review shop drawings, submittals, and requests for information (RFIs); provide technical guidance during construction phases
