Key Responsibilities
Preparation of cost estimates and budgets for fit-out projectsAnalysis of mechanical scope (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection)Review of drawings, specifications, and BOQsQuantity take-offs and cost breakdownsRequest and evaluation of subcontractor and supplier offersComparison of offers and value engineering proposalsCost coordination with Project Managers and Site TeamsSupport during tendering, budgeting, and change order pricingMonitoring cost deviations during project execution (cost sup...
