Job Description
This Mechanical Engineer role focuses on providing hands-on production support to machining and assembly areas while contributing to the design and development of specialized fire and emergency vehicles and related plumbing and body systems. You will translate engineering concepts into manufacturable designs, support new product development, and collaborate closely with internal and external customers in a growing engineering team.
Responsibilities

+ Provide production support to machining areas by reviewing, troubleshooting, and improving mechanical designs to ensure manufacturability and efficiency.

+ Support assembly areas by clarifying design intent, resolving fit and function issues, and updating documentation as needed.

+ Analyze engineering sketches, specifications, drawings, and related data to determine critical design factors such as size, shape, and arrangement of parts.
