Position Overview

            Core Responsibilities Ensure the right level of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) is applied in reorder moulds within LEGO Moulding Technology. 
Secure the right technical solutions within established engineering standards. 
Drive mould solutions towards internal platforms. 
Promote continuous improvement and simplicity thinking across Mould Development. 
Develop and share technical knowledge in mould development processes and best practices. 
Foster a positive, collaborative culture by emphasizing teamwork, LEAN principles, and productivity. 
Do You Have What It Takes? Education and Experience Diploma or degree in a Mechanical/Plastic/Tooling-related field. 
Minimum 3 years of experience in the mould and moulding-related industry. 
Technical Knowledge and Skills Basic knowledge of injection mould design, manufacturing methods, moulding processes, and moulding equipment....
