Description:
Responsibilities - Attend meetings with customers to address ship defects and other technical issues.
- Prepare service acceptance documents and technical reports upon completion of defect rectification works.
- Plan, schedule, and assign daily work tasks to the production team.
- Provide technical suggestions and solutions to assist customers in resolving problems.
- Monitor job progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to schedules.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Adhere to service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
- Actively participate in and support ongoing and new projects as assigned.
Requirements - Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering.
