You will lead the design and coordination of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) building services projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities - Design and coordinate M&E building services to meet project standards.
- Consult with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and ensure full compliance with statutory and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed tender drawings and cost estimation.
- Review shop drawings and technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure smooth implementation of project.
- Attend / conduct project meeting, site supervision and inspection carried out to the systems by contractors.
- Manage Contract Administration.
- Coordinate and attend site inspections with clients upon project completion.
