Position Overview

            Job Description  Provide necessary onsite customer support for troubleshooting and repair wafertransfer equipment 
Ability to read and comprehend electrical and technical drawings is required. 
Capable of analyzing problems and justifying them with the proper fundamental cause 
Must be able to track and close any non-conformances by the customer’s deadlines 
Define and implement a procedure to decrease the duplication of quality concerns 
Ensure product quality and sustainability through internal control methods 
Internal validation of the assembly process should be done on a regular basis 
Work hand to hand with internal assembly team for the improvements 
Create and manage internal Job Travellers. 
Assist to monitor material shortages and escape within team to avoid line downin Manufacturing line 
Responsible to work with internal stakeholders on customer delivery schedules
