JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and monitor mechanical installations and related construction activities.
• Review mechanical designs and plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare material quantity surveys and estimates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project budgets.
• Monitor and evaluate Owner Supplied Materials (OSM) for quality and quantity compliance.
