Senior Mechanical Consultant Engineer - Facilities Management Consultancy

Key Responsibilities

Deliver building services consultancy across mechanical and M&E systems within operational environments

Support clients in managing FM contractors and maintenance service delivery

Produce designs, specifications, and oversee project delivery through to completion

Conduct site audits, inspections, and condition surveys of plant and equipment

Lead maintenance contract tendering processes and evaluate contractor performance

Provide technical troubleshooting and advisory support to clients

Ensure compliance with statutory, health and safety, and industry standards

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying additional service opportunities

Support and mentor junior engineers within the team

Contribute to business development and company growth initiatives
