Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager: Mechanical to lead the maintenance and performance of critical mechanical systems across our operations.

Key Focus Areas

• Preventative maintenance planning and system optimisation
• Managing HVAC, hydraulic, pump, and mechanical infrastructure
• Leading projects, contractors, and upgrades
• Ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Leading and developing a high-performing engineering team

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• ECSA registration
• 5+ years in a mechanical engineering management role
• Strong experience in large-scale plant and maintenance environments
