An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join an award-winning MEP contractor with an established reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a range of complex sectors.

Based from the company's Loughton office, this position offers the opportunity to join a growing pre-construction team, supporting the delivery of competitive, commercially robust tenders across a diverse project portfolio while benefiting from a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

The Role:

* Preparation of mechanical estimates from enquiry through to submission

* Review of tender documentation, specifications, and drawings

* Liaising with supply chain partners and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations

* Producing accurate cost plans, take-offs, and pricing submissions
