We’re looking for a Mechanical Estimator to join our growing team in Inverness. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality bids and driving commercial success within a leading engineering business.

Key Responsibilities:

Acting as the main point of contact between MARCH and clients throughout the bid process

Reviewing tender drawings and preparing accurate quantity take-offs

Issuing enquiries to the supply chain and evaluating returned quotations

Building detailed cost estimates using estimating software

Supporting value engineering and innovative bid solutions

Managing risk in line with commercial policy

Preparing and presenting bids for internal approval and client submission

Producing final tender documentation

Supporting contract reviews, negotiations, and governance processes
