This position is a customer facing role dedicated to assisting in sales and technical support of our product in the marketplace. The Field Service Support (FSS) assists customers to determine their needs, provide product training or retraining, develops and maintains relationships with customers, works on equipment while providing guidance on best practice in the use of, maintenance, and repair of equipment, address concerns, and provide technical guidance.  May also assist with sales of products and services to generate revenue.
