We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join a well-established building services and maintenance contractor operating across London and the South East. This role involves mechanical installation, maintenance, and refurbishment work across commercial sites, supporting multi-trade projects alongside electrical and mechanical teams.
A large proportion of the work will be carried out at various commercial sites in the South East, with additional projects located within and around the M25, including London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation, replacement, and maintenance of pumps, pipework, valves, and related mechanical systems
* Use of hand tools and company-provided equipment to carry out mechanical work safely and effectively
* Supporting other trades on multi-discipline projects and performing reactive maintenance where required
* Managing workload independently while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards
