Commercial Mechanical Manager (Commercial Works)

Location: Cambridge / Cambridgeshire
Salary: £60,000 + Bonus + Vehicle 

Our client is a well-established and respected Building Services contractor operating across a range of commercial sectors. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to appoint a Commercial Mechanical Manager to oversee and develop their commercial mechanical works division.

This is a non-working, office-based management role focused on the successful delivery of commercial mechanical projects, client relationships, commercial performance, and team coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing works packages up to £100k, working closely with the wider MEPH projects division and supporting continued business growth.
