Mechanical Project Manager - Oxford / London

Mechanical Project / Contracts Manager required to take full ownership of mechanical projects from inception through to completion across a diverse portfolio of refurbishment and construction schemes.

This is a delivery-led role managing multiple live projects (typically £1M–£6M) across Oxford, London and the wider South East.

Current workload includes:

* Laboratory project in Oxford

* Student accommodation scheme (Oxford)

* Hospital project (Oxford)

* £6M hotel refurbishment (East of Oxford / M40 corridor)

* High-end residential projects in London

* Additional London-based commercial schemes

Mechanical scope includes full delivery of HVAC and building services installations across live and refurbished environments.
