Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

The main knowledge, skills and experience required of the Site Mechanical Fitter are outlined as follows:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role, preferably in the water and wastewater industry.
• Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitter/Fabricator, Maintenance Mechanical Fitter.
• Experienced in the mechanical installation of equipment, systems and pipework (including Stainless Steel, PVC, PE, and Ductile Iron).
• Good working knowledge of mechanical systems including strip-down repair and re-building.
• An interest in developing a career within an industry-leading organisation.
• Ability to work as part of a team in project delivery and provide input at team meetings.
